Kyle joined Intrynsyc in 2015 and became CEO in 2016. As CEO, his role is focused on originating, structuring and financing growth capital for venture stage companies. Prior to joining Intrynsyc, Kyle was Vice President of an international merchant bank and was the founder and CEO of a boutique advisory firm.
Gerald brings a network of investors and relationships to Intrynsyc that have been cultivated over the last 20 years in the BC real estate industry. He has been involved in over $300m of sales spanning commercial and residential, land acquisition, industrial, and project marketing.
Jay joined Intrynsyc as an associate in 2024, with a strong background in capital markets. His experience includes roles at an established investment fund, a capital markets advisory firm, and a Vancouver-based merchant bank. Jay graduated with distinction from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, where he specialized in Finance. Other academic credentials include passing the CFA Level I exam.
Gary has been involved in the mineral exploration industry for almost 20 years. Early in his career he gained extensive technical experience with “boots on the ground” knowledge of early to advanced stage projects including mapping, drilling, milling and mining experience. Until recently he worked as a sell side analyst focusing on early to advanced stage junior exploration companies. Gary graduated from the University of Victoria and also holds an MBA from Simon Fraser’s Beedie School of Business.
Victor has over 10 years of compliance experience in the securities industry. Victor graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelors of Arts (Philosophy) degree. He was previously Chief Compliance Officer at a sell-side boutique brokerage firm serving institutional clients in Canada, the United States and abroad.
Jared worked in oil and gas as a professional project engineer for 5 years before transitioning into finance. While working in oil and gas he took projects from conceptual design through to hand-over, and managed the various engineering disciplines in an assortment of projects ranging from $5 - $150M in capital investment. Jared graduated with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Alberta.
