Kyle De Jong
CEO
Kyle is the Chief Executive Officer of Intrynsyc Capital, a role he has held since 2016 after joining the firm in 2015. He leads the firm’s strategy in originating, structuring, and financing growth capital for early-stage and emerging companies, with a focus on high-impact sectors and founder-led businesses. Prior to joining Intrynsyc, Kyle was Vice President of an international merchant bank.
Gerald Kelly

Gerald brings to Intrynsyc a network of investors and relationships that he has cultivated over the past 20 years in the BC real estate industry. He has been involved in over $300 million in sales spanning commercial and residential properties, land acquisition, industrial sectors, and project marketing.
Jared Fehr, P.Eng
Analyst
Jared worked in oil and gas as a professional project engineer for five years before transitioning into finance. During his time in the industry, he managed projects from conceptual design through to handover, overseeing various engineering disciplines across a range of projects with capital investments between $5 million and $150 million. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Gary Sidhu, P.Geo
Analyst – Mining
Gary has been involved in the mineral exploration industry for almost 20 years. Early in his career, he gained extensive technical experience with “boots-on-the-ground” knowledge of projects ranging from early to advanced stages, including mapping, drilling, milling, and mining. Until recently, he worked as a sell-side analyst focusing on junior exploration companies at various stages of development. Gary graduated from the University of Victoria and holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business.
